By booking a trek, tour, or expedition with Mountain of Nepal, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These policies are designed to ensure safety, transparency, and a well-organized travel experience in the Himalayas. Please read them carefully before confirming your trip.
Booking & Confirmation
All bookings with Mountain of Nepal must be completed through official channels. A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving the required deposit and written confirmation from our team. We reserve the right to decline bookings if a trip is not suitable for a traveler’s fitness or other requirements.

Payment Terms
A deposit is required to secure your trip, with the remaining balance due before departure. Payment must be completed within the specified timeline to avoid cancellation.
- 30% deposit required at booking
- Full payment due 30 days before departure
- Immediate full payment if the booking is last-minute
- Bank charges paid by the traveler
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds depend on how early the cancellation is made before departure. Certain situations may qualify for rescheduling or a refund.
- Written cancellation required
- 45+ days: partial refund minus fee
- 30–45 days: 50% refund
- Less than 30 days: no refund
- The company may cancel due to force majeure, with a refund/alternative date.s
Itinerary & Route Changes
Trekking routes and schedules may change due to weather, safety concerns, or local conditions. Flexibility is essential in Himalayan travel.

Health & Fitness
Participants must be physically fit for trekking in high-altitude regions. Health conditions must be disclosed before booking.

Insurance
Travel insurance is mandatory for all trips. It must cover medical emergencies, evacuation, and trip cancellations.

Responsibility & Liability
Mountain of Nepal acts as a service provider and is not liable for personal risks during travel. Participants join at their own responsibility.

- Participation is at the traveler’s own risk
Travel Documents & Permits
Travelers must carry valid documents and visas. The company assists with permits but does not guarantee approval.

Safety & Conduct
All participants must follow the guide's instructions and respect local culture and environment. Misconduct may lead to removal from the trip.

Equipment & Gear

The company is not responsible for disruptions caused by natural disasters or uncontrollable events.
